I found these shoes today on Nordstrom’s shoe page, Camper has disgraced themselves with this boot. Perhaps I am being too conservative in demanding that both shoes be the same, but I think this is unacceptable. It reminds me of a home how-to massage video I saw from the 80′s where the host/instructor is wearing one red high top Reebok and one turq colored shoe.
This boot brags of being one’s playful pets in cozy supple suede. To think of ones shoes as pets is lame. In 2006 we will walk away from bad mismatched footwear and dress each foot equally.
although i agree that these boots are horrid (as are most of camper’s “whimsical” attempts) i am totally in support of the reebok hi-top mix and match and was planning on working this into my wardrobe for late summer 2006.

Very disappointed.
While they may not be the most attractive pair of Campers to date, you have failed to grasp the concept of the ‘Twins” line of Campers. Twins are the same, but different. A matching pair with subtle differences that work together. A highly original concept that refuses to follow the ‘norm’ and allow the mainstream to dictate.
I have these boots. I love these boots. Best of all they are incredibly comfortable.
