I’m not sure why being on a TV show gives license for runway disasters like this. This is a bomb of bad taste…yuck.

Wow, I couldn’t disagree with you more. I think he stayed true to himself and showed some beautiful pieces that you didn’t post. I love his sense of color and he styled these models to the very tips of their fingers.

I recognize that he is staying true to his own personal style, but it’s a style I just can’t deal with. These pieces, along with most his collection are too costume-y and the styling is ridiculous.

Wow. I don’t know quite what to think. The individual pieces might be pretty good. But overall, this looks so over styled (or just poorly styled?) that it’s hard to tell. Where can I see images from his entire show?

There are a few more images of his work on the Olypus Fashion Week site, otherwise he is pretty much invisible in terms of full coverage of his entire collection.

I love this collection. This is someone who truly has a unique personal style, that of sourse everyone isn’t going to love. But I belive that this collection was HOT! The styling was perfecto, the colors were so on point, and the fabric combos were to die-for! His men’s part wasn’t as interesting, but for sure I’ll be buying his stuff as soon as it comes out…plus it’s going to be way affordable!
And you can check out the whole collection here on NYMag.com.

U must be kidding, i mean yes the black helmet on the last picture looks terrible, and also the other hat, but u must be able to apreciatte the cool dress, and all the cloth in the third picture and the second look it can be wear with a different skirt , and also the skirt can be wear with a different design under. Jay McCarroll has a great collection it only needs to have some arrengments but it’s unique and great.

Wow. You’re a bitch. You do realise that runway styles are supposed to be costumey, right? Obviously not. Know-nothing bitch. He’s fabulous, so you should just shut it.

I actually like it. And for the people that don’t, they’re just very close-minded people.
