Awesome…Isabela Capeto

Another lady mentioned in Sample, is Isabela Capeto. I remember the first time I ever saw one of her pieces in person, I felt like I had struck gold. She recently started selling her work at Barney’s, and it’s the kind of garments that attract your attention from waaaaay across the room. Although the above images look subdued, in person her pieces are not the case. They are an explosion of artwork from beading to embroidery to print, her pieces are always filled to the max with visual interest. Check out her site at http://www.isabelacapeto.com.br/.

   You can find more photos and the last fashion show by Isabela Capeto at www.spfw.com.br. Here in Brazil, SPFW - São Paulo Fashion Week is the most important fashion show. Winter 2007 start at 24/01 and Isabela Capeto was confirmed. Dont forget, she is a Brazilian Girl from Rio de Janeiro, that is explain her criativity! Bye
