If you have the right body and if you wear it with the right things, it could be awesome. So what if they're not trendy anymore? Maybe someone will see you in them and acid wash will make its come back!

The whole skinny jean look seems to be hanging on in there, even more so in the European market. This phase has long been around in the Far East now for a while as we know.

Acid wash combined with skinny jeans - I guess it is going to be more the individual taste, but in a good way because they will be slightly more unique, slightly more reflective of your style rather than fashion.

Zippers? If they are on the back of the leg and rise to mid calf then this is something that seems to be coming through quite strong for SP08. (We) have a twist to this, with satin-style ties to the back - (very sexy indeed) but I think they would work better on Denim rather than a skinny woven pant. Anyway, just my thoughts :)

I think the acid washed jeans are just trendy. i agree with tricia that you can't write off things that come before, but personally, Ill sit this one out.
also, i feel like wide legs are every where and look great. they are a more flattering way to do the high waisted.

i actually own a pair, and find they go with many things. really, acid wash is just another fabric treatment, and visually, they add an interesting visual texture to a given outfit.

also, i refuse to write off things just because they came before. if i find i have an affinity for it, cyclical trends be damned. :)
